Who can use SecureSamples?
The information provided by SecureSamples is available to all Healthcare Providers and Consumers in the United States. You do not need to be a licensed medical practitioner to visit and view our pages.
AN IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL SAMPLES VIA SECURESAMPLES:
For pharmaceutical sample requests, only medical practitioners licensed to prescribe pharmaceutical medications under appropriate United States federal and state laws are authorized to use the SecureSmples "Search Samples" feature. A SecureSamples link will connect a healthcare prescriber with the individual manufacturer's sample web site (if available.) It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to register you and provide you pharmaceutical samples. Pharmaceutical manufacturers will require you to register within their system to receive samples via mail and/or request a visit from one of their representatives.

How do I order samples?
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT REQUESTING SAMPLES:
Once you find the medication sample you are looking for, SecureSamples will link you directly to the pharmaceutical manufacturer’s sample requirements page, opened in a new tab. Keep in mind that each manufacturer has its own policies and procedures which you will have to satisfy in order to request and receive samples. SecureSamples has no control over the length of time it takes to verify and receive samples. Our Pharmaceutical Partners remain in full control of their own processes.
How often can I order samples?
Different companies have different restrictions on the quantities of product available. You may log into SecureSamples as frequently as you wish, but we cannot guarantee sample availability. [See "important Information About Requesting Samples for Healthcare Prescribers" above.]
When will I receive my samples?
Once you are redirected to a manufacturer’s dedicated sample request site, SecureSamples recommends you view the order criteria posted by each manufacturer, as they all differ. SecureSamples does not have any control over our pharmaceutical partners’ order shipment and/or delivery time tables. What products are available?
SecureSamples strives to have the broadest range of sampled prescription medication information available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If the medication you are looking for is not currently available, we recommend you contact the manufacturer directly for information about getting samples in your area. Many samples are still available through the manufacturer’s sales representatives. Some may be available by mail through the company’s customer service center. We’re here to provide you links directly to the sample pages within the manufacturer’s site. I’m a consumer looking for money saving offers on my pharmaceutical products. How do I find them?
SecureSamples makes it easy for you to find money saving links on all of your medications, both prescribed and over the counter. Searching is simple: CLICK HERE to access SecureSamples Main Search Page to start your search. Type in what you are looking for and away you go!
Will I be able to print my coupons?
When you select a coupon or offer link, you will automatically be redirected to the official page of the participating pharmaceutical manufacturer in a new tab. From the official page, print coupons and offers the same way you would if you were printing any other document. Keep in mind that some coupons and offers are available for redemption at retailers, while others may require you to schedule an appointment with your physician (such as in the case of trial medication vouchers.)
